Breakfast for lunch, dinner and in between, anyone with me? I love to eat a little bit of everything, sit down for a long time, it’s never quiet and calm around here but it’s fun. I’ll give you a few of my favorite recipes to try at home, my motto is quick & easy and always delicious.
Bran, super moist, muffins:
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup honey
pinch of salt
2,5 cups whole wheat flour
0,5 cups flour
1 cup oats
8 tbsp butter
2 cups thick greek yoghurt, at least 4%
1 cup water
Do this: mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the dry ones in another bow. Mix it all together thoroughly. Use a muffin pan and fill up 3/4. Oven on 400 degrees, 15-18 minutes.
I love smoothies and I put everything I got at home in my blender and make us a healthy start to the day. My favorite ingredients are ginger, avocado, pineapple, coconut.
Add a sweet and flavorful touch to your morning coffee with lavender! If you brew your coffee put some on top of the ground coffee before you hit start and you’ll get an amazing just right sweet and flowery taste to the coffee and your whole house will also smell of this lovely mix.
Oh yes, please, pineapple sandwiches as dessert!
Home made bread is the best! A little bit warm, melted butter and cheese on top! 2 cups unsweetened kefir 0.4 cup agave syrup 1.2 cups all purpose flour 1.2 cups whole wheat flour 1 cup flax seeds 1 cup sunflower seeds 1 cup oats 0.5 cup chopped hazelnuts 0.5 cup chopped walnuts 0.5 chopped dried apricots 1.5 tsp baking powder 1.5 tbsp baking soda 1.5 tsp salt Do this: mix it all thoroughly. Put parchment paper in a oven safe bread pan and pour the dough in it. Put in the oven on 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
